Menu (subject to change)

All with gluten free and vegetarian options. There will be cereal for early risers and a hot breakfast with eggs, sausages and fruit, coffee/tea etc. Katherine shares, "For the lunches: pork and black bean soup, tomato soup and grilled cheese, butternut squash soup, spaghetti. For the dinners: pulled pork tacos, pancakes and sausages, chicken pot pie, lasagna. The meals are not in order yet. For desserts, I am mostly thinking cookies or brownies with possible ice cream."

Local produce and other ingredients will be sourced locally as much as budget and availability allow.​

TRANSFIGURATION FEAST
Wednesday, August 6 at 5:30pm

Lamb roast, yorkie pudding and the usual accompaniments. Dessert - fruit pie/crumble/etc of some sort depending on what is in season.
