Recommended Donation Information

Because this is not a program, but a group of families gathering to pray and live in Christian community for a week, there are no "fees". In other words, we are not supplying a product in exchange for money. This is why we are asking for funds in the form of a donation. That being said, this does not mean that paying less than the recommended donation is what we are generally promoting. This camp is entirely paid for by the families who attend. No grants or behind-the-scene funds are supporting this rag-tag group. If your family cannot afford the recommended donation, let this NOT stop you from coming, please! But please do contact us so that we can support you in your participation by finding the funds necessary for you to come. Individuals may be asked to respond to the need and be blessed by an opportunity for Christian charity. So if you can make the recommended donation, wonderful. And if not, please contact us. No one will be turned away because of costs, and we will find a way forward and everyone who wishes to come must come.

The costs of camp are:
1. Rental of the camp grounds
2. Food
3. A donation to All Saints Church for its care
4. Some administration costs

Here is an example of the cost for a family of four, with two adults and two children under ten.

RENTAL OF CAMP GROUNDS
The cost to rent the camp is $7.50 per person per night. There are six nights at camp. For a family of four, that would be a total of $180.

FOOD
We are recommending $12 for each adult meal, and $10 for children ten years old and younger. There is dinner on Sunday, and breakfast on Saturday, and three meals a day in between. For a family of four of two adults and two children under ten, the total for food for the week would be $748.

ALL SAINTS DONATION
The church will be used for Holy Communion daily as well as the Feast of the Transfiguration of our Lord services. We recommend a donation of $5 per person for the week. For a family of four, that is $20.

ADMINISTRATION

The administration costs include some admin fees. We recommend $5 per person. A family of four would be $20.

As you can see, a total recommended donation for a family of four (two adults, two children) would be $968.
